The elite of the cuisine
The Basque Culinary Centre integrates a Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences located in Donostia-San Sebastian attached to University of Mondragon and a Research and Innovation Centre in Food and Gastronomy. It is a pioneer centre that opened its classrooms in 2011. The start-up of this culinary project started from several objectives. The first is the need to develop the potential of cuisine as a sector of innovation in the future, which also implies the generation of high-level knowledge and the training of qualified professionals.
